How does the ordering process work?
After choosing the channel through which you would like to purchase the set, an official purchasing order form must be completed and submitted together with your proof of payment.
Your order will be processed and delivery of your set will be arranged. It usually takes between 2 – 3 weeks for your set to arrive at your door, depending on the delivery method.
What are the different delivery options?
We prefer to deliver your set to you in person in order to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and to be ready to answer any questions that you might have.
If we can not deliver the set in person, we make use of a courier service to assure a speedy delivery. We make use of the courier service for deliveries which are outside of our general delivery area.
Both options do take roughly the same amount of time.
